Mulled Orchard Toddy

with Tarquin's British Blackberry Gin,
Mulled Cider, Lemon Juice, Apple & Mint

To batch make your Mulled Cider:

500 ml DRY CIDER

1 CINNAMON STICK 

5 whole CLOVES  

small thumb GINGER (peeled & grated) 

half tsp NUTMEG (grated)  

peel 1 CLEMENTINE

peel half LEMON

Place all ingredients in a pan & bring to the boil.
Then remove from the heat and allow to cool. 

When completely cooled, strain through a fine cloth. 

Serves 1

To batch make your Mulled Cider:

50 ml TARQUIN'S BLACKBERRY GIN

25 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE

2 bar spoons MAPLE SYRUP

150 ml MULLED CIDER {served piping hot}

fresh MINT {for garnish}

fresh APPLE SLICE {for garnish}

CINNAMON STICK {for garnish}

Add your Blackberry Gin, Lemon Juice and Maple Syrup to a mug. Then add your piping hot mulled cider and stir together well for 20 seconds.  


Garnish with a fresh apple slice, cinnamon and mint.
