THE SALTY SEADOG
with Seadog Navy Gin, Fresh Grapefruit Juice,
Rose Vermouth & Smoked Cornish Sea Salt
Serves 1
To shake your Salty SeaDog:
50 ml SEADOG NAVY GIN
100 ml FRESH GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
20 ml ROSE VERMOUTH
15 ml SIMPLE SYRUP (1:1)
SMOKED CORNISH SEA SALT {for salt rim}
cubed ICE
Add all your wet ingredients into an iced shaker. Shake hard for 20 seconds.
Rim a chilled coupe glass with the sea salt. Double strain the shaken cocktail into the coupe.
