CORNISH BLACKBERRY BRAMBLE
with Tarquin's British Blackberry Gin, Lemon Juice, Creme de Mure, Blackberries & Rosemary
Serves 1
To shake your Cornish Blackberry Bramble:
60 ml TARQUIN'S BLACKBERRY GIN
30 ml LEMON JUICE
30 ml SIMPLE SYRUP (1:1)
garnish FRESH BLACKBERRIES
garnish ROSEMARY SPRIG
cubed ICE
Add all your wet ingredients (except 10ml Blackberry Gin – to drizzle over at the end) to an iced shaker. Shake hard for 20 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with crushed ice, then drizzle over the reserved 10ml Blackberry Gin.
Garnish with fresh blackberries and rosemary.
