Tarquin's Cornish Pastiche
with Cornish Pastis, Pressed Apple Juice,
Lime Juice & Fresh Mint
Serves 1
To build your Tarquin's Cornish Pastiche:
25 ml CORNISH PASTIS
1/2 LIME {cut into quarters}
100 ml pressed APPLE JUICE
good handful MINT
cubed ICE
Get a tall heavy-bottomed glass - add your lime & mint. Gently muddle together.
{nb/ take care of not over muddling as the
mint will start to turn bitter}
Add your Pastis & fill the glass to the top with ice.
Pour over your apple juice & the give the whole drink a good stir to combine all the flavours together.
Finally, garnish with some more mint leaves.
