Cornish Strawberry Fields
with Pastis, Tarquin's Cornish Gin, Fresh Strawberries, Elderflower & Lemon Juice
Serves 1
To build your Cornish Strawberry Fields:
15 ml CORNISH PASTIS
25 ml TARQUIN'S CORNISH GIN
10 ml ELDERFLOWER SYRUP
10 ml LEMON JUICE
25 ml SODA WATER
1 FRESH STRAWBERRY (thinly sliced)
Place the Pastis, Gin, elderflower and lemon in a wine glass. Add a few blocks of ice and 4 slices of strawberry.
Stir down for about 30 seconds.
Fill the glass with ice, top with soda water & garnish with a few more slices
of strawberry.
