

Pastis Pineapple Punch
with Cornish Pastis, Pineapple, Lime, Mint, Orgeat, Red Chilli & Cucumber
Serves 1
To build your Pastis Pineapple Punch:
15 ml CORNISH PASTIS
25 ml TARQUIN'S CORNISH GIN
20 ml FRESH LIME JUICE
15 ml ORGEAT
35 ml PINEAPPLE JUICE
FRESH MINT (good handful)
RED CHILLI (thinly sliced)
FRESH MINT (good handful)
2 CUCUMBER BATONS (for garnish)
CUBED ICE
Place all your wet ingredients into an iced cocktail shaker and shake hard for 30 seconds.
Double strain into a tankard filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint, cucumber batons and
slices of chilli.
