with Cornish Pastis, Orgeat,
Lemon Juice & Orange Twist
Serves 1
To shake your Pastis Mauresque:
50 ml CORNISH PASTIS
15 ml ORGEAT
5ml LEMON JUICE
ORANGE twist
cubed ICE
Place all your wet ingredients into an iced cocktail shaker and shake hard for 10 seconds.
Double strain into chilled rock glass.
Garnish with a twist of orange zest.
