THE CORNISH HUMBUG

with Cornish Pastis, Tarquin's Cornish Gin, Creme de Figue, Caramel Syrup,
Apple Juice & Mint

Serves 1

To shake your Cornish Humbug:

15 ml CORNISH PASTIS

20 ml TARQUIN'S CORNISH GIN 

10 ml CREME DE FIGUE

10 ml CARAMEL SYRUP

50 ml PRESSED APPLE JUICE

8-10 FRESH MINT LEAVES

2 tbs MAPLE SYRUP  

FRESH APPLE (thinly sliced)

cubed ICE

Pre-heat an oven to 120'c, cover the sliced apple in maplesyrup and slowly bake until candied and brittle.

Place all your remaining ingredients into an iced cocktail shaker and shake hard for 30 seconds.

Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with
mint leaf and candied apple slice.
