SeaDog & Tonic
with Tarquin’s Seadog Navy Gin, Fever-Tree
Mediterranean Tonic, Grapefruit & Fresh Thyme
Serves 1
To build your SeaDog & Tonic:
50 ml TARQUIN'S SEADOG NAVY GIN
150 ml FEVER TREE MEDITERRANEAN TONIC
{sub for any premium tonic to your taste}
GRAPEFRUIT SLICE {for garnish}
fresh THYME {for garnish}
cubed ICE
Fill a large Tarquin's Copa (balloon) glass with ice.
Add a generous double measure of Tarquin's SeaDog Navy Gin, then pour over your tonic.
Give one quick stir with a bar spoon,
then add your garnish.
Alternative garnish – try also with
Orange Slice and Rosemary.
