hair of the seadog
with Seadog Navy Gin, Fresh Ginger,
Honey, Lemon & Sage Tea
Serves 1
To brew your Hair of the SeaDog:
SERVES: enough brew for 4
600 ml BOILING WATER
1/2 large thumb GINGER {peeled & grated}
100 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
100 ml RUNNY HONEY
4 SAGE LEAVES
To pour your individual serve:
25 ml SEADOG NAVY GIN
150 ml BREWED TEA {as above}
Add your gin to your favourite mug and then pour over the hot brewed tea.
Give a quick stir and then garnish with
a lemon wedge.
