CORNISH, GINGER & PALE
with Seadog Navy Gin, King’s Ginger Liqueur, Lemon Juice & IPA Beer
Serves 1
To shake your Cornish, Ginger & Pale:
25 ml SEADOG NAVY GIN
20 ml KING’S GINGER LIQUEUR
25 ml LEMON JUICE
top with IPA BEER
GRAPEFRUIT ZEST
{squeeze over the oils for garnish}
cubed ICE
Add all your wet ingredients (with the exception of the IPA beer) to an iced shaker. Shake hard for 20 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled ½ pint tankard Top with IPA beer, give one stir then squeeze over the oils from a slice of grapefruit zest.
