

TARQUIN'S HIGH CHAI TEA
with Tarquin's Cornish Gin, Chai Masala Syrup, Cointreau, Orange Twist
& Smoked Cornish Sea Salt
Serves 1
To batch make your Chai Masala Syrup:
300 ml WATER
3 CHAI MASALA TEA BAGS
150ml WHITE GRANULATED SUGAR
150ml LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
To stir your High Chai Tea:
50 ml TARQUIN'S CORNISH GIN
20 ml CHAI MASALA SYRUP
10 ml COINTREAU
2 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTERS
small pinch SMOKED CORNISH SEA SALT
ORANGE TWIST {for garnish}
cubed ICE
Add all of your ingredients (except the orange twist) to an iced mixing glass. Stir down for a minute. Strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with orange twist.
