with Tarquin's Cornish Gin, Cointreau,
Lillet Blanc, Lemon juice & Pastis
Serves 1
To shake your Cornish Reviver:
25 ml TARQUIN'S CORNISH GIN
25 ml LILLET BLANC
{sub for any dry vermouth to your taste}
25 ml COINTREAU
25 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
bar spoon CORNISH PASTIS
LEMON TWIST {for garnish}
cubed ICE
Add all of your wet ingredients to an iced cocktail shaker.Shake hard for 30 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.
