Ingredients

  • 50 ml TARQUIN'S RHUBARB & RASPBERRY GIN
  • 150 ml FEVER TREE GINGER ALE
  • FRESH RASPBERRIES (for garnish)
  • MINT SPRIG (for garnish)
  • cubed ICE

Method:

  • Fill a large Tarquin's Copa (balloon) glass with ice
  • Add a generous double measure of Tarquin's Rhubarb & Raspberry Cornish Gin
  • Then pour over your GINGER ALE
  • Give one quick stir with a bar spoon
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and fresh raspberries for a simple and refreshing drink
