Tarquin's Elderflower Gin Fizz
Elegant and smooth with a light floral note

Ingredients:
- 50 ml TARQUIN'S PINK GRAPEFRUIT & ELDERFLOWER GIN
- 30 ml ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR
- 30 ml LEMON JUICE
- PROSECCO {to top up}
- LEMON TWIST {for garnish}
Method:
- Pour gin, elderflower and lemon juice in a shaker and combine
- Pour into champagne flutes
- Top with chilled prosecco
- Garnish with lemon swirls
