Apple & Honey Gin Sour

Short, Bright, Fruity, deceptively easy to drink!

Difficulty Rating:

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Tarquin’s Pressed Apple Gin
  • 35ml Fresh Apple Juice
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 10ml Honey Syrup*

Method:

  • Add all the ingredients to a shaker 
  • Add lots of ice
  • Shake hard until deeply chilled
  • Double strain into a tumbler filled with fresh ice
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and a fan of 3 slices of fresh red skinned apple
  • *To make the honey Syrup, dissolve local honey with warm water in a 1:1 ratio
