Apple & Honey Gin Sour
Short, Bright, Fruity, deceptively easy to drink!
Difficulty Rating:
Ingredients:
- 50ml Tarquin’s Pressed Apple Gin
- 35ml Fresh Apple Juice
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Honey Syrup*
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker
- Add lots of ice
- Shake hard until deeply chilled
- Double strain into a tumbler filled with fresh ice
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a fan of 3 slices of fresh red skinned apple
- *To make the honey Syrup, dissolve local honey with warm water in a 1:1 ratio
